D.J.P. - Dead Age Music
One of my most depressing and creative albums. Created in the late 1980s when I was in college.

Tracks 1-5 are instrumental tracks that I called "Dead Age Music". At the time New Age Music was really taking off. People were buying it at playing it and meditating to it and everything else. So, I decided to make a parody of it called "Dead Age Music". These five tracks are the result.
The rest of the tracks are just a collection of ideas that I was working on at the time. Here we see more Depresssion Rock with tracks like "I'm Gonna Die!" and "Parade For The Rain" further carrying on the Depression Rock Idea.
After hearing this album, my friends began to compare me to Robert Smith of "The Cure". This only made me not want to listen to music by "The Cure" because I didn't want to sound like another musician. Years later I finally did listen to "The Cure" and actually liked their music and pretty much got their whole collection.
So if you like "The Cure" you may like this as well...
